France Délices has specific distribution channels and all of them are treated differently regarding the logistic.
Deliveries will be made in majority by our partner all over Japan. In the Tokyo area, and in case you need special delivery that can’t be made by our partner because of the time and volume, France Délices will handle the delivery directly.
Regarding the platforms, France Délices is able to distribute through online platforms with directly handled purchase and delivery system. In some of the cases, France Délices will handle the delivery through its partner, in other ones, the online stores will take care of it (since they will have physical stock in their warehouse).
In any case, we try to guarantee you the best quality services and will always try to find the most convenient solutions for you.
