OUR SYSTEM

Our pricing system is simple: the more you buy in one time, the cheaper it becomes. We deliver only boxes or palettes (not unit/bottle by bottle). Since manufacturers use different type of boxes (not same amount of bottles in each, depending on the beverage maker), we use the following calculation system:

1 to 99 bottles: normal price
100 to 499 bottles: better price
500 bottles or more: best price

Though France Délices tries to include everything in the unit price (import, customs, etc..) some costs may be added in particular cases: special delivery, urgent import (by plane), storage with scheduled regular deliveries, or other options that are part of the marketing menu.

QUANTITY

We only have one condition related to the MINIMUM to buy: 6 BOXES/MONTH for shops and groups

(regarding the type of contract and volume, we can arrange the delivery in one time, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestrially or yearly). Please contact us for more information.

HOW WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR DELIVERIES

We can deliver our products all over Japan. Depending on the size of the order, we can actually deliver in only 1 day. Average delivery time is usually 2 business days. For regular customers who order a palette or more each time, we usually organize the delivery directly from the manufacturer. We meticulously take care of the schedule since this kind of freight delivery takes around 2 months (2 weeks expedited shipping by plane is not a free option, on quotation only). That way, you will save a significant amount of money and you will always have the correct stock.
In case you ran out of stock during the waiting, we can organize a special delivery, even on weekends, to make sure that you don’t lose any client.
