OUR OPTIONS FOR B1 TYPE CLIENTS

For manufacturers/beverage makers, we have two specific options.

OPTION 1

FRANCE DÉLICES BUYS FROM THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY

France Délices will buy from the manufacturer directly, meaning that the manufacturer has ZERO risk since the sale is made. But for us to do that, there are a few conditions concerning the prices of the beverages, the exclusivity of the distribution in Japan, the way we can use the product in Japan (marketing techniques, promotions, type of business we sell to, etc…) and the minimum required (how many liters per year).

OPTION 2

THE MANUFACTURER USES FRANCE DÉLICES' SERVICES

The manufacturer uses France Délices, its services and network to sell in Japan. The manufacturer will handle the costs and risks but keep full power on the brand/product. The manufacturer will only pay France Délices for the services provided.

FRANCE DÉLICES’ ASSETS

COST-EFFECTIVE

France Délices has reliable partners to organize the transportation from your factory to our storage or to the final clients. They will make you save a lot of time, money and complications. Everything will be fast, easy, and as cost effective as possible. Depending of the type of service you will ask us to do, you may actually not even have to spend any money on the transportation, as in some cases, the transportation by boat or plane will be partially or fully handled by FD and/or by our clients. Of course, in case you already have transportation partners, feel free to use them.

Since we already have a fully operational staff in France and in Japan, we won’t have to “outsource” or “pair” with other companies to take care of our missions. This will result in much cheaper costs (no need to hire consultants for specific tasks, we already have them).

RISK MANAGEMENT

Being cost effective is one thing, being risk-less is another.

France Délices will handle all the market aspects and anticipate the negotiations and testing to assure you as few risks as possible.

Having all this data will help you decide, with or without our help, the strategy you want to launch. We can also fully take care of this part and work through concrete objectives.

France Délices can insure you absolute ZERO risks if you take the first option: we will buy from you directly. Instead of being an intermediate, we become your direct client (under conditions). All the costs and risks will be on us. You sell to us, that’s all.

Depending on how we will work together, France Délices can handle the marketing on many aspects. From simple promotion, to online/viral promotion, offline through magazines or television, event organizing, etc…

We are ready to promote your beverages in almost every aspect possible.
